And Baby Girl Todd has a name.....

Miss Campbell Louise Todd

Campbell is just a favorite name of ours and Louise was my middle name prior to marriage (I kept my maiden name).

Now, both kids will share middle names with their mom and dad! Jackson Barr comes from Justin Barr.... How sweet and special :)

It's a GIRL :)

Wow, yesterday was a roller coaster of emotions! We found out it was a baby girl! To say that we are shocked is a complete understatement...In fact, I'm still questioning their guess even though its blatantly obvious on the pictures! We are having a little girl! No way....I just knew I would be a mom to 2 boys...I'm so accustomed to Jackson, what am I suppose to do with a girl?!?! These are the thoughts that ran through my head.

Then I immediately thought of all the several trash bags full of precious Kissy Kissy outfits and pink that awaits at my sister and sister in laws house! And the bouncers, bumbos, swings and all the other gear that is just waiting for another girl in our family! Poor sweet Jackson...he is going to be so outnumbered at family functions....He will be surrounded by 4 beautiful girl cousins and 1 precious sister and might just grow up doing tea parties, wearing purses and even lipstick!

I just can't believe it....This pregnancy has been a spitting image of Jackson's, the heart rate is low (they say it's high for girls), I have craved the same junk food as with Jackson, I'm carrying this baby the same way and Justin has no girls on his side of the family. I would have put money on it that Jackson would have a brother, but Jackson has been telling me "seester" since day one! Maybe he had a little something up his sleeve!!

To say the least, we are very excited to welcome this little girl into our lives! She is healthy, growing, and just as perfect as expected thus far! Now onto decorating HER nursery, decorating Jackson's BIG BOY room and dreaming about who this little girl will look like!

Easter 2012

We had such a fabulous time this weekend at the lake with the family...All 5 cousins were there and it was a blast...To say that Jackson likes the lake is an understatement. He was literally outside from 8am-7pm with a 2 hour nap in after lunch! He wanted nothing to do with the toys inside and just wanted to play on the golf cart, sweep with the brooms, swing, hammock, scare the deer away, feed the ducks and drink box drinks! He had SO. MUCH. FUN....So much that he fell asleep on the way home as soon as we got in the car and didn't wake until we pulled into the driveway! We hunted Easter eggs on Sunday morning after Herm made his famous pancakes for all the kids. He kinda started to understand the egg thing towards the end. Next year will be huge for him! Here is our weekend in pictures. Enjoy :)
Riding Herms tractor for the last time...We sold it!
Easter cookies with all the kids names and a shout out to Baby Todd #2
The Easter Bunny has come!
Our attempt at getting all 5 kids to sit and smile!
Easter morning pancakes!

Notice the candy in his mouth!

20 months

Not quite sure how we have made it to 20 months but we are there! Jackson is SO much fun right now and quite a handful! He repeats almost anything I say, has his own opinion, goes into time out a couple times a day, is hilarious, tries to do everything the big kids do and he is a "my way or the highway" type person...Wonder where he gets that from! Loves showing you his muscles...Just ask him, it will for sure make you laugh! Also loves raising his hands and saying "meeeeee", when you ask him a question and he wants it....Such as "who wants pancakes for breakfast?", or "who wants to go on a wagon ride?" Overall, he is a very happy funny little guy and we just can't get enough of him....Oh, he knows how to take his clothes off too....but not in a good way....The kinda way that puts him in timeout. He has started taking off his shorts and diaper during nap time and then decides to pee everywhere. It's actually very funny but it's a "no no" during nap time. Also, loves goes pee pee on the potty and says it in the sweetest voice ever. He brought this upon himself so we may try to start potty training very soon. This shall be interesting.

Here's our booger :)

I caught him in the act before it got ugly!! Sure do love that video monitor :)
