Memorial Day

My parents lake house has been under major renovation. Hello new kids bunk room and 2 new bathrooms! Our family has finally reached its limits and it was time for more room at the lake house now that we are up to 6 grand kids. According to everyone, the Biegel family is complete. No better way to celebrate than to get those kids out of the closets where they sleep and let them sleep together in their own room. More pictures to follow but it looks fabulous! We spent Memorial Day at the almost completed house and it sure made a difference. The cousins always have so much fun together and they were all so giddy being able to sleep in the same room. We were blessed with lots of rain the whole weekend so I didn't get many pictures, but I did snag these cute ones! And yes, Jackson is surrounded by 5 girls!

Jackson's last day of preschool!

He had such a fun time in Ms. Amanda and Ms. Claudia's class. He learned and excelled in so many ways this year and I'm so thankful for that. He is HUGE compared to the first day!

First day

Last day

8 months

Time just needs to pause. She is almost crawling but can scoot to whatever she wants, starting to eat real food and has really gotten the hang of the sippy. Still sleeps from 6pm-6:20am. Hour long morning nap, 2 hours at lunch and a 20 minute snooze around 4:00. Eats 24 oz/day and now eats 3 meals of food/day. LOVES bathtime.

I.am.obsessed.with.her.

I came up the stairs and into her room one morning to find this....
At the EXACT same age, here is Jackson doing the same thing...

Campbell's First swim

So far she's not a fan of the water unlike her brother at this age. He's loved it from the beginning but I'm starting to worry that she's not a water baby. She warmed up after a while overall she wasn't diggin' it! We will see how it goes as swimming every weekend is fast approaching! All that is really important is that she looked super cute in her suit!

MS150

Justin was brave enough to compete in the MS150 this year with some of his closest friends. He had a wonderful time and survived with only a few bumps and bruises. Most pictures were on my phone but you get the gist. Us girls went along for the ride (in our cars instead). We met them in La Grange and hung out at one of the guys ranch before heading to Austin to enjoy the night before heading to the finish line on Sunday morning. It was a weekend that he wont ever forget. He's looking forward to supporting such a wonderful cause in the coming years!

Jackson is 32 months

I'm looking forward to saying 3 (kinda). He's not 2.5 nor is he 3...and there is quite a big difference at this age, so i'll go with 32 months.
This about sums him up...ALL boy, crazy, does what he wants, and has no interest in listening to mom or dad!

7 months

Time is a flyin'! This girl is my life...Period! Enough said! She is ALWAYS smiling and literally is just as cute as she appears! She is so our little chunky monkey!

and I just have to compare... They have the exact same skin and eyelashes...thats about it!

Easter 2013

We woke up and the kids enjoyed seeing what the Easter Bunny had bought for them. We had a fabulous morning at The Houstonian Country Club with my sisters family. The kids were all well behaved and had a ton of fun with the Easter Egg Hunt. Jackson still didn't quite understand the concept that its kinda a race to pick up eggs...he would hunt an egg then eat the candy inside, then go hunt another etc...Next year we should be good to go! Jackson wasn't a fan of the Easter Bunny until we got in the car. He had no interest sitting on his lap. Campbell on the other hand was all over it. Makena and Jackson had a blast seeing the live bunnies and other animals that they bought to the country club. It was a delicious brunch!
