4 months

I literally had to force myself to sit down and write this blog post. I just don't have enough hours in the day and its frustrating! I started a new job this month and had to leave town for 2 weeks.  One for training in Chicago and one week in Las Vegas back to back....what that means? I missed my babies more than you could imagine.  Don't get me wrong is was a nice break in a hotel room all alone, dinner and drinks with new friends every night and wine every night but at the end of there day if it were up to me I'd rather be chasing a 2.5 year old around and tending to this new little princess of ours.

I can hardly believe our little chunk is 4 months old.  She has rolled over 6 times but not consistently. She sleeps from 7-7, terrible napper, eats every 4 hours during there day (28oz total) and has the most contagious smile out of any baby. She truly is so happy when she's happy and so upset when she gets upset...if that makes any sense! Overall, compared to Jackson she is night and day.  Definitely has a minor case of acid reflux but if Prevacid is all that she needs then that's a win in my book.

She has the most precious squeals when she's trying to talk. She always has at least one hand in her mouth and drool all over her face.  Honestly we think she is starting to teethe. Looking back on Jackson his whole outfit was covered in drool at this age but he didn't cut his first tooth until almost 1!

Bottom line, we love this little girl too much!! Couldn't be happier and honestly don't remember what our life was without her.  She just makes me giddy!!!!!

Did I mention that shes huge? Here's the stats:
15.10  pounds (91%)
25.25 inches (85%)
 Loves wearing her sunglasses!!

Christmas 2012

Yes, I'm really far behind on the blog and had no idea that I hadn't even blogged about Christmas yet. By far the best Christmas yet. It's so fun living it through Jackson's eyes. He knew the moment he woke up that Santa had come and he was so excited to go downstairs to see if he had bought his train table and skateboard. Santa did well and full filled all of his dreams this year. He loved his stocking and all the toys that came with it. Then we went to Weebs house and it was a whole another story. Santa must have made 25 trips to her house to brings all the loot in! Seriously, Jackson got bored of opening presents! It was seriously the best yet and next year will be even better living it through Campbell as well since she didn't have a clue what was happening. After Weeb and Herms house we made our final stop to Grandma and Grandpas house where Santa brought him a John Deere Tractor!!!!!!! His eyes lit up and I'm so upset that my camera was left at Weebs by accident. I have it captured on my phone though :)

We started a new tradition on Christmas Eve....all the grand kids get to decorate cookies! They may or may not have each eaten at least 5 cookies in the process...They had a blast and there tummies were full and the energy came out of each of them!

This picture gets harder and harder each year. Next year will be the year...

On Christmas Eve, they each got to open one present....matching umbrellas!
